We’ll meet at your home or site to understand your ideas, goals, budget and timing. You talk; we listen. We explore your ideas, discuss your brief, timings and budget, and walk you through how we work. If you’re still choosing a site or shaping your brief, we can help.
2. Engagement and Site Analysis
Once we’re aligned, we confirm scope, feels and next steps in writing. We offer fixed fees at each design stage, so costs are clear. We handle planning rules, surveys, and Geotech reports, so your projects start strong.
3. Concept Design
Design ideas take shape through sketches, 3D models and options that balance creativity and cost. You’ll even get a digital model to explore on your phone.
4. Developed Design
We refine the concept into a detailed design, integrating sustainability and compliance. Resource consent? We manage it.
5. Detailed Design and Documentation
We prepare clear, coordinated drawings for consent and construction. We lodge and manage the building consent process and work with consultants as needed.
6. Interior Design
Kitchens, bathrooms, lighting – every detail is considered. We collaborate seamlessly if you have another designer in mind.
7. Tender and Builder Selection
We can assist with the tendering and negotiation to ensure the right builder is selected and everything is ready before construction begins.
8. Construction and Completion
We stay involved, answer questions and manage the build contract if needed. Once complete, we walk through together and check in after you’re settled.
